Accidentally threw out a new prescription that I have to take daily and I contacted the physicians office early morning and had to follow up 2 more times until I finally received a call in the afternoon. The nurse called and asked me if I had filed a police report? I said for something I threw away? I told her why would I call the cops for something I know I tossed in the trash.. She had no response! Got in for a same day visit. Dr. Hronkin was very caring and understanding She treated my migraine immediately and appropriately.
Apparently they’re a different practice now that they’ve changed from Dr. McLean to CU Family medicine. They are horrific, if I could give no stars I would. Zero communication between each other and zero with their patients. I would NOT recommend, if you want timely responses and knowledgeable staff.
