Dr Rojas gone my Best Doctor
Dr. Rojas is a very good doctor but the front office staff and management are horrible! I've had my appointments cancelled so many times I don't even know when the last time I was seen by my doctor. They don't return calls, cancel your appointment last minute and don't reschedule you for months, only to be cancelled again.. so look elsewhere for a primary doc.
I have no problem with Dr Rojas. Terrible staff. Dr gave me a hard time because it had been almost a year since last visit. She had no idea that my previous four appointments were rescheduled by the staff days before each. I even made sure to tell staff to record in my notes that it wasn't me that rescheduled. One nurse told me to " be good " the week before blood work so that it would look better. AMAZING. I have medical issues that need supervision and in no way do I want to look 'good' for my test. This office used to be great, from 08/2019 give or take few months thing went bad, nobody answer the calls, no follow up, no return calls, we were called "liars" because we complaint about not returning the call, we asked for a nurse and took 2-1/2 weeks to get doctor's approval (according to their case manager).
