I've retained Dr Mehrer as my family dentist for over 2 decades, and have received nothing but top notch care during that time. Office staff are friendly, courteous & professional, handling insurance billing in an efficient manner and scheduling appointments that fit MY schedule. First visit to Dr Mehrer's office after recently moving back to the area. We scouted around both online and through local contacts and selected his practice as the one we wanted for our new Dentist. Our initial visit was a good one and we are favorably impressed. Again, this was our first visit, but it appears that Dr. Mehrer would be someone we would recommend to others.
My initial exam with Dr. Mehrer was a positive experience; he seemed very thorough and took time to answer my questions. His staff is very competent. The hygienist taught me a better way of flossing, and office staff was helpful and able to answer my insurance concerns.
Every part of the two procedures was done with good information as well as professionalism. You don't need to use this BUT I'm still numb at almost 4 P.M. and the area itches. Did not "chew" my cheek due to Bonnie's good advice. Okay so I'm a wuz! Everyone is really good at what they do. Thank you. Marva Lee
