Brenda did an amazing job helping me fix my shoulder. She was thorough in explaining all the exercises and worked with me at my own pace to get me back to 100%!
Brenda helped me recover from a meniscus tear with variety of helpful stretches and exercises. She analyzed my running form to formulate some tips on how to improve it and helped me continue to run despite my injury. Ultimately I was able to complete my marathon training, recover and still PR! She's very knowledgable, professional, and was instrumental in my recovery. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here and can’t recommend them enough. They were able to quickly figure out the root cause of my pains instead of just treating the symptoms, and that made a huge difference in my recovery. Within a short amount of time, my pain was significantly reduced and my range of motion improved way faster than I expected.
