Having raced 19 Ironman Triathlons and 11-time Kona word championships, my physical activity has been a big part of my life and lifestyle from early 20's and now into my 60's. Brenda is amazing at physical therapy. She has helped me more than any other practitioner with neck arthritis. She also remembers a lot of details and genuinely cares about my well being and recovery.
Brenda did a fabulous job!!! I was a D1 Track and Cross Country athlete and I had a partially torn hamstring and have suffered from mild tendinitis in my arches (sprained my right one over five times)! She was able to give exercises/rehab to ease the pain from years of intense training and strength them to handle the demands of division one racing.
