I highly recommend Brenda! She has been so great to work with and has been amazing with my teen son. She is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and super flexible with appointments, which is so helpful when you have an athlete with a busy schedule. My son was limping while playing lacrosse because of an issue with his Achilles. She specifically did needling on his Achilles, and the results were AMAZING. Brenda did an amazing job helping me fix my shoulder. She was thorough in explaining all the exercises and worked with me at my own pace to get me back to 100%!
Brenda helped me recover from a meniscus tear with variety of helpful stretches and exercises. She analyzed my running form to formulate some tips on how to improve it and helped me continue to run despite my injury. Ultimately I was able to complete my marathon training, recover and still PR! She's very knowledgable, professional, and was instrumental in my recovery. Highly recommend!
