I'm so thankful to Cathy and Tom Fontana! I was down after sustaining a major injury to my knee after an initial ACL reconstruction. Cathy eased my nerves about the visit with her kindness and hospitality as soon as I walked in. Tom, my physical therapist, answered all of my questions in great detail, walked me through some steps to rehabilitation, and thoroughly evaluated my knee. I left feeling confident that I had other options besides surgery, grateful to these two for making me feel safe and comfortable.

Cathy and her team are amazing! They take the time to meet with you and get to know you and your injury. They are very friendly and knowledgeable of their industry. And they are right off the highway!
Great Experience! After my third baby (and C-section) I was having really bad back pain related to a pretty big gap in my abdominal muscles ( diastasis Recti). I worked with Effie for a few months and my results were great! She was warm, knowledgeable, professional and gave me so many great tools to heel quickly. I still use her suggestions and handout exersizes. I would recommend FPTS to all my friends and family!
