Excellent service.....efficient and friendly. I have been using Family Pharmacy in Pottsboro close to 15 years....regardless of where I live. Worth the drive!
Huge shout out to Family Pharmacy. Went to fill a prescription that I forgot I was allergic to. Not only did they catch it but they called the Dr. to have it changed!!!!! Y'all are awesome, thank you so much for your attention to detail.
I can't say enough about them. Mark and Sue are the best! This is more than a local pharmacy because they genuinely care about people. They will go above and beyond without a second thought. They are a blessing to our little town!
I must say that amazing attention to customer service and going the extra mile is a standard here at this pharmacy! Traveling and out of my husbands script! CVS is MORE than double!
