I originally gave 5 stars wishing more of small local pharmacists thrive, but I'm moving to Amazon Pharmacy now. Earlier this year, they did not order my prescribed medicines ahead of time, so I could only get 1/3 of my prescription. The next time, they told me that it was not the time yet because I recently picked up my prescription. I had to explain everything again because the previous person did not leave any note. We are so glad to have discovered Family Pharmacy for our prescription needs. "Mo" and his team are exceptionally responsive and cooperative with any particularities we have with our medications and truly go the extra mile for us. And our Rxs are filled quickly and notifications timely. Our experience with Family is such a relief from the constant frustration we encountered with Walgreens. We are grateful!
