Certainly a business gem within the small Bicknell community. Live 20 minutes away and have no reason to go to or through Bicknell other than to pick up our medications, but that's reason enough. The pharmacists and other staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean, attractive and restful. It is worth the extra time to get there.

A great Pharmacy and great people but one big problem is they close so early on weekdays 7PM that it makes it difficult for people that work late and out of town to use them. They also close early on Saturday 3PM! It makes it impossible for people that have to work Saturdays to get in and there closed on Sunday. If you don't watch your med's closely and run out on a Sunday it's major hassle to get it if you have to have it right that day. I guess it's fine for people that live on Medicaid or are retired. Family Pharmacy is the best pharmacy around. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and glad to help. The staff is always kind and helpful. The store is beautiful...always many interesting, fun and unique gifts and decorations to look at that change with every season.Small town service, with full-measure of available services and medicines. Could not be better, in my book :)

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Was your prescription filled quickly? My prescription was filled extremely fast! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
