I want to thank you for the past 8 years of taking care of my babies Bear and Bella. You take care of the babies and there owners. You show caring and empathy. I would recommend you to anyone. Your staff is great. Every time I have come in you explain what is needed. You give the price once we have agreed you provide the service then ask for payment. You have never rushed in and out. Family Pet Care does not take care of their clients and patients. I had an appointment for my cat. She was to have an exam, fvrcp, & nail trim. When the doctor came in, I had to hold my cat for her exam. The exam was over in less than 10 second. They then took Cali into the back so they could vaccinate her & trim her nails. Cali was brought back to me in a net, which was put in her carrier. The technician told me I would have to get Cali out of the net and into her carrier. Of course no nail trim. I paid about $70.00 & did n... read more
