Since I adopted my dog last year I have taken her to Family Pet Practice for all of her needs. All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgable.Dr. Craig has also been absolutely wonderful with my dog and taking care of anything she needs. With as many problems as my dog has had this year I would say that we are now regulars there and I will never take her anywhere else. Took my new puppy there yesterday and loved it. Beautiful building and great staff! Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.
Have gone for years and they were great as Lake Geneva, but now they are out only for the money. My FOURTEEN year old beagle was seriously sick Friday. Took her in and made it clear, if she was IN ANY WAY suffering and / or dying, to put her down. They not only sent her home, but had us come back the next day. We again made it clear, they needed to put her out of her misery us suffering. Sent her home again Saturday. $1000 later, she died Sunday night. They took my money and did not help my dog at all.
Today I came in with my pekinese Baby. She was treated so well. The staff is extremely friendly, which is rare these days. The veterinarian was incredible, along with everyone that works there. They are gentle with your animals, they treat them as if they are they're own pets. Pets become family, and to see them in pain or sick and not know what's wrong; It's a terrible feeling. Thank you everyone at family pet practice. I appreciate how well everyone took such great care of Baby. Baby says Thank You too!
Willoughby is always anxious at the vet and afraid to leave me side, but he loved Kayla and Dr. Craig. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me and Wil so comfortable. I am so completely thrilled. After years of being less than happy with other vets, we have found our home here.
The staff was outstanding, compassionate and caring when I needed treatment for my sick dog. I am returning again today to have my cat seen. Singing there praises. Thank you for the excellent care and treatment.
I'm new to this practice, they got me in ...less than twenty four hrs for our Fly Boys spine (12 days in on injury) when the so called specialist has nothing till August 10th...spine hello...he received his first laser treatment. He loved those girls (me too)! Thank you thank you! Linda Muir
