Leo is usually anxious and aggressive at the vet, but at today’s visit he seemed more calm. This was the most thorough exam he’s had. Big thanks to all of the staff here! I’m a happy new customer.
RecommendedThey are kind and caring and very honest about the needs of your pet. I feel that my dog, Max, is in extremely good hands there. I love that Dr. Scott gets down on the floor with him. It's hard for Max to get in my car and someone always comes out to lift him in. Usually Maura, and I really appreciate that. Max is not a small dog!
RecommendedFamily Pet Hospital of Shawnee is such a wonderful place for my pets! The staff is friendly and very experienced. Dr. Scott is a class act. She was so patient with our four dogs when they had to get their vaccines and check ups. She took the time to really examine and understand their history. Our two big dogs were very nervous and she was patient and taught us techniques to help keep them calm. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality care and exceptional vets. We love them!
RecommendedWe’ve always had great care for our fur babies. Staff is understanding and will help when we needed TLC in the rough times with our fur babies. We have taken them here for at least 13 years.

I am beyond picky and judgmental when I go to vets offices, since my animals are incredibly high maintenance with many different issues per pet, and have all received the wrong diagnosis prior to seeing these Dr’s. Family Pet Hospital not only has the most dedicated and compassionate staff, they have incredibly skilled, determined, experienced, and knowledgeable Dr’s.
