We adopted 2 kittens, and couldn't be happier. Process was quick and easy, and we are so happy to give our babies a forever home. Wonderful experience, and we look forward to future visits!
This is the most amazing place! The kindness and attention to all animals is unbelievable. They have helped my 5+ year old critical guinea pig back on the road to recovery. I can't say or thank them enough - Dr. Cobb, Dr. Faegans and the whole wonderful staff!

I own a small zoo, Dr. Hallie is amazing! She is always willing to fit my babies in and is very calming. It's great, because she can not only care for my pups, but cared for my hamsters and my gecko too. The staff is amazing, the facility is clean and organized. Its a 40 minute drive, but I would drive farther to have them care for my critters.
I've brought numerous pets to them and they go out of their way to make you comfortable, keep a conversation with you, and even bring comfort in a time of loss. I love this place and will continue to see them with my pets. I recently lost a bearded dragon and they did everything they could to make it a nice quiet yet heartfelt outcome. I even received a letter from the doctor and staff apologizing for my loss and thanking me for doing whatever I could to keep the lizard going as long as she did.
I've had several great experiences with Family Pet. The staff are friendly and outgoing, always willing to answer questions. They're knowledgeable about animals that it can be difficult to find a good vet for (like my chinchilla, guinea pig, and African fat tail geckos) and their prices are really reasonable. Keep up the good work!
Best vet ever...hands down! We've been going to Family Pet Hospital since they first opened and Dr. Feagans and her team are absolutely amazing! My pets receive the best care possible thanks to them! We moved to St. L a year ago and within hours our 4 year old Doodle became violently ill and over a 6-week torturous process, we lost him to a horrific bowel disease. The staff at Family Pet Hospital were the absolute best. They just met us and yet it was like we were family and had been coming there forever.
