We have been loyal Family Pet Clinic people for almost 10 years. That's why I need to share this story.... Few sounds are as painful to hear as a dog scream-cry-shriek. It is something the dog lovers out there know....this gut wrenching sound they only make when you mistakenly step on their foot, for example. Being new to the area it’s very hard to find a vet, let alone a vet for special needs cats. I happen to go to a Pet fair with a friend in August and Family Pet Clinic had a tent there. The girls were very nice and the information they gave seemed like they would be a good fit. While it is hard to ‘fit in’ because they don’t really know me and what i am used to, I was floored today when their tech was not only able to hold my CH cat, but hold her like a baby! My rescue puppy passed away a day after we got him home. The staff and doctor’s compassion were amazing. They genuinely are and were sorry for our loss. They took great care with the autopsy and let us know the results in less than an hour. The next day when I picked up my puppy the took great care and handed him to me with great care. They gave us a sympathy card with our dog’s foot print along with the rainbow bridge card. I never would’ve thought to ask for this. There was too much happening at one time.
