Moved my 13 yr old dog to FPC from another local practice in September. So glad I did, everyone there is so nice & take great care of my pet.
WARNING DO NOT USE IF YOU PLAN ON SHIPPING YOU ANIMALS TO ANOTHER STATE OR COUNTRY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ACT LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ALSO DON'T KNOW THE VALID TIME LINE OF TEST SO ONCE AGAIN THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ACT LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
This Clinic is a wonderful place. The Doctors and Staff are compassionate, professional, knowledgable, and kind. I always used a vet who came to my house, but he was hard to get a hold of. Since they opened an office in my neighborhood I have been switching my pets over to them. I am so happy with the quality of care my pets receive here. I totally trust them with the care of all my pets.
Family Pet Clinic is excellent...I used to work there over 10 yrs ago as a veterinary technician ...we moved an hour and a half away...I still travel an hour and a half 10yrs since I've worked there because they are simply the best in every aspect of veterinary medicine. Love them ...can't recommend them enough!
We have been clients for 13 years with our dogs and cats. Many great appointments and some very sad ones. The front desk staff, techs, and doctors are all friendly, helpful, and very compassionate, no matter what stage of life your pet is in. Have recommended FPC to many friends. FPC realizes how important the office staff is and has a great team. Can't say enough about this veterinary practice!
Words cannot express how grateful I am for the doctors and staff at Family Pet Clinic. My dog Sprocket was diagnosed with diabetes and cushings disease last year and they helped educate us so we could give him the best care possible. They have been amazing from day one answering our questions and advice. Last Friday, we had to say goodbye to my sweet Sprocket. They were wonderful not just with him but with us. I have taken my pets, Pinky and Eddie to see Dr Mernicki for the past 10 years. They are both pugs and they and 16 and 15 years old. Dr. Mernicki and her amazing vet techs have taken wonderful care of my animals. I have seen most of the other vets. They are all fabulous. Dr Menninger recently saved Pinky when I thought I was going to have to say goodbye to her. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my original babies.
