Incredible emergency care! Dr. Jenny warmly answered our call at 5 AM this Friday morning . She met us at Family Pet Animal Hospital, in Lockport and provided excellent care to our cat , that was near death. Our cat is now receiving supportive care, following his overnight escape from the window of our home!! She personally phoned us later to report the cat's improvement and to seek permission to pursue more advanced diagnostic testing. It is great to have that type of care !!
Very nice place! It's awesome we have such a great place here. The staff is wonderful and very professional. I'm very pleased and impressed.
Dr. Breaux is fantastic! We loved her at Bayou Cane and plan on following her down the bayou to continue seeing her. She has taken such good care of my furbabies. I will be forever thankful that she was able to diagnose my Bane's problem and put him to rights again.
Took our 10 year old dog in because she was very sick and suffering. Staff was very compassionate with me when I dropped her off to be put to sleep. Yesterday when I got home I had a package in the mail with my dogs paw print and a card from the staff. Thanks Dr Jenny for everything and for taking care of my little girl.
Our baby girl went in to get fixed...they really showed support, not only for Bella, but, for mom, and, dad, as, well, we love this place, Dr. Jenny and staff are wonderful! Thank you all for takng care of our babies, like y'all own...Ronald, Kelie, Beau and Bella...
I am so over joyed about our visit to Dr. Jenny and her lovely staff we ended up having to put our fur baby down Thursday after having our baby girl Ebonie for 10 years. Today I went and checked the mail like normal and was surprised to find an envelope from the Family Pet Animal Hospital that contained a paw print from Ebonie and a beautiful card saying that Dr. Jenny and her staff is truly sorry for our loss and if we needed anything to let them know. We had our first visit last night on a emergency call...Dr. Breaux and staff waited on us to arrive from Cut Off, they both were wonderful, and, made us feel very welcomed...both of our babies are officially patients of this great facility! Thank you for taking care of our furbaby!!!
