Had a mice problem and they came and took care of the problem. Great follow up and always very nice and respectable!
Misael is great - clear communication, takes time to explain/answer questions, thorough inspection with every visit, always making sure they have addressed our concerns and preventing future issues. Very happy with their service!!!
Super disappointed with my experience with them. Over six months, they were unable to resolve my issue with mice/squirrels in my attic. The attic is directly above my bedroom and I still hear pests in there nightly. Technician was unprofessional and gave me inconsistent information when I called the office about what services were covered under contract. Ended up hiring a different company. After 2 terrible experiences with big name companies, finding Family Pest Solutions was a Godsend for me. They are as professional as they come and an ethically run company. Ryan was amazing, going above and beyond, even the office staff was understanding and gracious to me. I can’t recommend them more highly and can promise you will never regret hiring them.
Ryan seems very knowledgeable and is courteous. He lets us know what he is doing and before he leaves he explains exactly what he has done.
