We have used this company for our commercial building for a few years now and we are always happy with their service. However today, we had Moise service our building and were super impressed with his level of service, personality and professionalism. I want more people like Moise around me. Great vibes.
Family Pest Solutions has always done a superb job at my home. The technicians have all been very friendly and professional and followed my instructions of things I wanted done. I highly recommend them!!
Profoundly disappointed with the service, which I thought would focus on exclusion. I pointed out areas where mice are coming in, but was told they were too large for the business to handle. In the end, during a visit that may have been 30 minutes long, traps were set and one small hole where a cable wire was entering the building was stuffed with wire -- which I appreciate, but is not worth $480. I should mention, I had multiple traps in place before they arrived, which is why I needed exclusion services.
