We visited Family Pawn while we were in town today as we are looking for a hand gun for home protection. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about weapons. Although we did not purchase one today, we definitely will be back to buy a hand gun and we will most certainly ask for Micheal when we do. Bonus - we ended up buying 10 DVD movies for $10.00. Great deal.

Prices are right around the same as buying new at store or more than what you can get it from the store, and if you bring it to there attention they don't seem to care.

I'm sorry you feel this way, some of our inventory is new but the used prices are negotiable. We try to be as fair as possible but used products are hard to put an exact price on but again nothing is set in stone. Outside of the pricing I hope the overall cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff was up to par! We appreciate your feed back.
