Had a really "GREAT" experience with the staff of Family Pawn in Warrensburg, Mo. I purchased a guitar amplifier because mine would not work, it was buzzing. I got home and the new amp would not work either same problem buzzing. Called and they told me to bring everything and would figure it out. I did, they did and they gave me back my old amp that I thought was broken, it was a bad guitar chord. I am a novice and did not know this is how it tells you it is bad by buzzing your amp. Buddy bought a shotgun, didn't cycle. I bought one, didn't cycle. Cash back next day was nice. They didn't even try making it right afterwards. Seems like it happens a lot with that store. It would be nice buying a gun you know will fire.

We apologize that your FIRST purchase from this store was not a great one but we do sell 2nd hand items and sometimes they don't work properly but you did get a full refund on the spot.
