Family Pals makes the loss of a beloved pet just a bit easier. Our family has lost two elderly pets in the past year and Family Pals was there for us when we made the decisions to cremate them and bring them home. The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful. They don’t rush you to make decisions on engraving or pictures on the spot and I appreciated being able to go home and make those decisions and just email them the information. Did a wonderful job!
We were overwhelmed by the compassionate service we received from Family Pals. They treated our dog, Stella, as a valued member of our family, rather than just our pet. This is a service more people should know about! We will use them from now on when it’s time for any of our fur babies to cross the Rainbow Bridge.
I called Family pals, to cremate my 16 yr old, fur baby because they were close to my hometown. I will never take another pet there. When I dropped him off, the personal at the desk had no empathy. Just placed the paperwork on the table. They had him for a week. 200.00 dollars for very small doggie was alot, the urn box was plain and cost about 15.00 at Amazon.
