My forever love Onion has passed away June 6th and Family Pals has helped me through my grief. I have booked them a day or two before and the whole process was easy. When our family arrived they were waiting for us at the lobby. We dropped him off after a bunch of kisses on his nose and less than a week later he was ready to come home. Family PALS handled our beloved Djangos remains with compassion. They understood that he was not just a dog but a loved member of our family whose loss we were grieving. Very professional and caring which is what we needed and are grateful to have found them.
Very good experience. Love the picture and printing on Lucys' little urn. I wished I'd had that opportunity when we lost Dinky in Feb.
