I recently had to say goodbye to my cat- and while I was “ready” due to his health, I really wasn’t. Nobody ever really is.. Family Pals helped my husband and I to prepay online, and schedule his drop off the day prior, after we soon realized his bad days were going to outweigh the good ones. This exceeded my expectations for my dog Leah. I was thinking I was just going to pick her up to take her home and they had set up a whole room for her and for me to grieve in. The box is beautiful the set up was simple and sweet. I appreciate the thought that went into this pick up process. Thank you.
They did a private cremation of my beloved Kitty Cat that I had for 16-17 years. The urn was beautiful and I’m so grateful that they offer this service.
