An absolute amazing job.our nate was our precious baby. Not only was he a family fur baby he was amazing at duck hunting with his daddy.So thankful for everyone being so friendly and nice to us through this all. I was much surprised and very pleased with the way that Family Pals took care of our Lilla. This was my first experience with a cremation for a pet and understandably was apprehensive about what would happen. There was no need to be worried as Lilla was treated with the utmost care and compassion and we are content and happy to have her home with us.
In such a sad time in my life, Family Pals took care of my baby girl and got her back to me in a beautiful keepsake.
From a sad situation to a kind, compassionate, caring experience. Every person we spoke to or dealt with was nothing but wonderful and so helpful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!
