Good food friendly, manager and staff. Loved going to the old Family Palace love the remodeled Family Palace.
I think this place is good! used to come here before and now it's so much better!
Long wait. Slow service. Didn't remove soup bowls when food came. Waited long time for refills. Pasta was undercooked and manager said that is how they cook their pasta. Very disappointed considering my family goes there all the time!
I was looking forward to the Grand opening!!!! Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The staff was so disorganized. I asked for water twice and never got it. we always would get fruit with our breakfast, this time we didn't. I did see other tables did! All in all it was a BIG disappointment. Sorry we won't be going there again.
It says in their name the "FAMILY PLACE".. it feels like they treat you like their family.. �

I came to this page to complain about how the card reader was out this morning, but the food is actually so good that it was worth the $3 ATM fee. their corned beef hash is the best
