Attempted to solicit services here as a military veteran seeking help with anxiety. Was met with the most unprofessional email correspondence I’ve ever received from a professional organization. Sentence fragment replies. The paperwork needed to begin services is a photocopied pdf which you need to create boxes and they only accept PayPal and cash app which they assess fees for you to use. Worked with this agency for 3 years. The therapist were wonderful and helpful
I started seeing Mrs. Patterson last year and I loved her didn't have any issues or concerns. This past spring I was put on leave from my doctor and attending therapy was apart of my leave. Mrs. Patterson's availability was a lot higher during the daytime hours than more so after work hours so during this time we could meet w/o a problem. I paid her up front $50 on 3/10/16 and probably saw her three times (maybe) after that. She tells me she cant see me on the scheduled days (after work) any more because she would be closed.... read more
