We had the pleasure of working with Ken for an infant helmet. We went in knowing nothing about cranial helmets but Ken was very professional and informed us on everything along our journey. He was always offering support even in between appointments when I had questions. I highly recommend Family O&P.

Very personable people, and being both a small business, and veteran owned, absolutely the type of business I prefer dealing with.
My son was in a helmet that was fitted by Ken. He was very helpful explaining everything, showing us our son's growth chart each time, and advising us on our progress. He had a helmet that ws 3D printed and had breathable holes in it and was very well made. Thank you!
If I could give 100 stars, I would!! If you’re looking for above and beyond care, Ken and his team are it. They are extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, professional and so friendly!! I can’t sing their praises enough.
