I was referred to this clinic by Humana. I spent a week calling the number on the referral letter and any number I could find on the web but all I ever got was a fast busy signal as if the numbers were out of service.

Worst receptionist Ever , ignoring calls while I was waiting in the waiting area and she told her coworker that patients can wait

Not sure if others expectations are very high or just very needy. My experience with Dr Ward and staff was pleasant. My appointments and diagnosis was thorough and accurate. Dr Ward is straight to the point with not a lot of "bed side fluff", so if that is what you are looking for..... He provided my wife with very detailed feedback after my surgery, and me as well. My experience with the staff was great, friendly, and timely communication. I have referred others.
