The whole experience was pleasant for the past 2 1/2 years up until today. My daughter turned 18 and requested her braces be removed early. She was denied this service and came home upset. I called the Milford office and asked why, the rude lady at the front desk Erin proceeded to tell me they aren’t removing them at this time. I requested the orthodontist call me back to discuss this and in a very rude tone she told me they were at lunch. I requested a call back after and she replied “IF they have time.” I pay a total of $6... read more
