Our first visit everything seemed to go okay. It felt like the doctors assistant was really trying to push us to schedule another appointment before we knew what insurance would be covering. Upon on second visit, this past week, I signed paperwork that stated our daughter may need some extractions. I was not made aware of this at our first appointment and was able to sit with the doctor (different than the first time) she explained things very clearly. Ruined my teeth!
The office has been wonderful !
They have changed my daughter‘s scheduled multiple times and when something went wrong, they passed the buck. They also want us to work on their schedule and not respecting their client’s schedule. Very poor customer service.
