I just had my braces taken off today and I so happy with my teeth! Looking back I remember being torn between two clinics one of them being Family Orthodontics with Dr. Michele Fong. From the start I felt so welcomed and cared for by everyone at the clinic. Tracey the receptionist was always so kind and helpful with the appointments and working around my busy schedule and Dr. Fong was amazing throughout my entire treatment. DO NOT got to this facility MICHELLE M FONG IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, she FORCED 4 TEETH EXTRACTIONS on my already smaller mouth where i never had molars develop, I PAYED UPFRONT $8,000 FOR BRACES, she rushed the wholeee Process, and didnt care for my concerns. SHE SNATCHED DOCUMENTS from me as i was trying to explain my already small pallet and small jaw. She was extremely rude to my Father and Very VERY Disrespectful to me everytime i went alone.
