Great place staff is amazing
I didn't care to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time but once I met with the doctor, I understood why. She is one of the most thorough and respectful medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I dread going to any doctor but, apart from my very nice primary care nurse practitioner, Dr. Aliya Hot is the most thoughtful and respectful professional I've ever dealt with. She should give all MDs lessons on how to treat patients. Furthermore, her staff is lovely and the office is clean.
After today, I realize should have paid attention to the negative reviews. A month ago, I went to Dr. Hot, knowing I needed glasses. She did the very minimum just get a prescription. My glasses get ordered, with only ONE of my lenses transitioning, when I PAID for both. Simple error, right? No, they never bothered to TEST my glasses before giving them to me.
