Went here for individual therapy and counseling due to struggling with a lot of issues for a long time. Dr. Mallett offers a lot in terms of communication. It is the key that I want, to be able to see someone is talking back to me, responding to how I feel. Florida Family Options Counseling has been amazing to me thus far. I struggled feeling comfortable with a therapist until I started coming here. I would recommend Dr. Tracy to anyone that needs mental health counseling. I came to Family Options when I was having issues in my relationship. Dr. Tracy completely changed the direction of my depression and my insecurities. She also taught me techniques to change how I react to certain things. I started seeing Dr. Tracy Mallett for the first time three years ago. She did a good job of listening to me explain my situation, empathizing with me, and then helping me create a plan to change my situation.
