Terrible communication skills changed color and didn’t even tell me. I will not be returning
Been here twice now, so lucky I got the same woman who did my pedicure last time she is an absolute angel super detail oriented, kind and attentive. Had a different women do my manicure and both times they did not disappoint I'm sure anyone you end up with here will take care of you. So glad I was able to get my mother to tag along with me this time. I will be coming back and hopefully get my sister to make the trip with me next time 💗
The lady who did my nails filed my nails for about 2 hours I came in to get a fill and I came in with a friend she was getting a full set her full set was done about 10 minutes before my fill and I sat down before her while the lady was doing my fill she filed down my two pointer fingers so much that there's an indent in my nails and then they didn't put the polish on all the way I have to go get my nails redone and pay more money I will never be coming back here I was so unsatisfied with my nails My nails look absolutely ho... read more
They did a full set and none of the nails were level or remotely the same shape.
I had such an amazing experience at family nails, and spa!! I had to get my nails done for my bachelorette trip and I needed them done ASAP. The owner was understanding and got me in even though they were busy. He listened to wha I wanted and what I really appreciated is that he was patient. I explained that my hands are very sensitive, so I asked if he could be gentle, and he was very gentle and always asked if I was okay. If I could do 10 stars I would!
