Those negative reviews are way off base. Disgruntled customer for sure. Daniel and Lena couldn’t be more accommodating. The shop is clean and well kept. They do a great job. I have been coming to them for years. Try them out, you will love their services!
I’ve been going to Family Nails for over a decade. Lena and Daniel are both awesome - warm, generous people who provide a high quality service at very low and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop!!

This is Lena. The owner of family nails and spa. Please let me clarify the problem before it becomes out of hands from Chonavic family and friends. Stacy was constantly making appointments, rescheduling, and no show no call at the end. I attached the last few texts, so you all can see. Last appointment was 6/17/25 same as no show no call. Wow! Reading some of the negative reviews written over the last week, there appears to be a coordinated effort to disparage this salon. I've been a Family Nails customer for over 12 years. Daniel and Lena are wonderful people and go out of their way to make their customers feel special. They genuinely care about me and my family, and both of them do a fabulous job on our manicures and pedicures. The shop is very clean and they are always welcoming!
