I just had an absolutely terrible experience there. I got shellac like I normally do and the job done on my nails is horrific. It took two technicians that had no idea what they where doing and is still awful. When he finished he said " ugh finally". I am absolutely appauld. I will never have him touch my nails ever again. My business will go else where.
Awful experience lately. The new technicians are very rude. The male technician shoved my hands back under the shellac dryer and almost scrapped off my nails while taking it off. Plus the new shellac done by him looks very amiture, my 10 year old neice does a better job.
Love the salon!! May have to wait but totally worth it!!
Been a client since the first week that they opened and the staff have always been friendly and very professional . The salon is always clean and not cluttered. The service is great and I don't mind if I have to wait due to the high quality of their work. I highly recommend this nail salon.
My friend and I made an appoint for 3 (shellac manicures). We got seated at manicure stations. They got to me almost right away, but didnt get to my friend. She sat there for 40 minutes (while I got my nails done) with no service. She ended up leaving and never got hers done because she had to be some where at 4:30. Their nail work is pretty good. Very disappointed with their customer service although!!
Love this nail salon! Very clean and uncluttered shop providing excellent services! The staff is always courteous, polite, and accommodating! I appreciate that they dress nicely and wear name tags. I highly recommend this salon.
