Great customer service, beautiful designs, and very friendly! I went in a couple days before Valentines Day as a walk in appointment not goo long before closing, but they were still able to accommodate. Great experience, I would go again!
I love Family Nail , I have been going there for the past few years that I have lived in independence consistently for my nails and they go above and beyond to give customers an amazing service experience the environment is friendly for all ages, and the staff are quick and attentive. My first time here. I don’t know how I didn’t find them before. Kim did my nails tonight. I work late and she was polite and didn’t rush my nails, or make me feel like an inconvenience. She was respectful and shared with me that she has a lot of years of experience. My nails are beautiful and professional looking. I will be back. Thank you Kim.
1st time here. They did not have the org color gel I selected but it worked out for the best as the backup choice was fire!! Great hours, loved the staff interaction with established clients and very clean shop. Will be back!
Kim did such an amazing job!! i wanted black with the ring finger having the design, she insisted that i just leave them plain because they would look better…i couldn’t agree more!!! such a fun atmosphere and amazing service!!!
