I’ve been coming here for years and usually have a great experience. However, during my last visit the tech dug too deeply into my toe during the pedicure and I ended up with a bad infection afterward. I was really disappointed, especially considering the recent price increases — I expect careful and safe service at that level. I hope they take more caution going forward because I’ve genuinely liked this salon for a long time.
My daughters and I love this nail salon.
Used to go all the time, now I can’t trust I will get a good manicure. Never do cuticle care with my acrylic set so they look grown out when I’m walking out of the salon. They also don’t take the time to paint the sides of my nails so the paint never reaches the edges of my nail. This has happened many times and I have stopped going here.
I got a pedicure, it was way overpriced for the mediocre job that they did..
