My mother bought a 2016 Dodge grand caravan from Family motors and the transmission went out in just two months. Paid $7000 cash for it and when she asked if there was anything they could do to help her out with the van they only replied, Sorry we can't predict the future . If I could give them a zero stars I would.
Skip the big dealerships with the salesmen that load you full of crap. These guys are honest and willing to do whatever it takes to help you out.
Becky is awesome needed a reliable low mile car for my family and she worked with me on price and got me exactly what I wanted she was very friends and I had the car bought and off their lot in less than an hour!
