This medical practice was chosen by my wife Doreen several years ago when we relocated to Florida. Although she suffered from a long-term condition, she would get annual checkups and occasional prescriptions from this skilled medical staff. Nurse practitioner Erin Lake Did not treat my symptoms or my problems I had a urinary tract infection For two monthsShe was not giving me th e right antibiotics.ThenI fell and hit my head when going to the bathroom one night and ended up with a massive brain injury. Had she done her job correctly I would not have had this problem and I would be living a normal life. Instead I am now on permanent disability. I would not reccomend their service.
I had just moved to town and called when I was really sick; was turned away because I wasn't an established patient. I can appreciate that there are processes, but when people are calling in need and you aren't willing to figure out a way to help them does that send a good message for your practice? Debbie, the woman on the phone, was cold and unkind showing no element of sympathy for the situation. I'll just keep looking I guess.
