I was a patient with them for 6 years or more . I will start with the recent issue I have . I take thyroid medication and the doctor send to my pharmacy some generic for thyroid but have side effects , since I started on it I have diarrhea. It last for 2 months because none of their doctors could find out the cause of it . Just telling me do labs more labs , just spent money on labs and never found the issue . Anyway too many issues and I their doctors are not qualified most of them
Sutter is known for excellent care, however it’s highly misleading that their doctors accept Medicare assignment, and are listed on the Medicare site, yet in reality Sutter stopped accepting original Medicare during the pandemic. I spoke with scheduling who confirmed that my appointments would be cancelled. Apparently, Sutter only accepts a few select premium Medicare Advantage plans. Those who are dual eligible aren’t welcome.
Avoid!! Staff is rude and doesn’t care about you or your health, seek treatment somewhere else!
I've always had good service and care here. I go for care and it is great. That is what medical facilities are for
