Gave this location a second chance after a bad visit in the summer over my foot. My son wasn’t feeling well stomach and pain in lower chest when taking a good breath. I already tested him at home for Covid and Influenza A & B with negative results. Wait was short he’s over 18 so he went back alone. super staff, they sent me home with my sick child... with an excuse that they were sorry, even though they had enough time to see the patient , I Insist on their obligation to provide care under emergency medical protocols , and the whole staff come home secretly, leaving me alone with the sick child
I wanted to update my previous review to tell a Rush that you need more than 1 permanent doctor in Sugar Grove. Everytime I try to make afn appointment to see our family doctor, Dr. Patrascu, she is booked out 3 months in advance. All I can say is thank God that I don't rely on seeing her too much but we are supposed to have follow ups with her every so often and it's very, very difficult because you're overworking this poor woman! I've been debating about writing a review of this particular practice but here goes.... my husband was called by a nurse after his yearly physical to tell him he was diagnosed with diabetes. She told him a prescription was sent to the pharmacy and to begin taking the medication daily.
