Saw Dr Hawkes after my physician left the practice. This Dr refused to order what my previous physician had ordered (including the vit D, causing subtherapeutic levels.) She also falsely claimed that I was seeking certain meds. When I would try to clarify that it was not my intent, she would insist on and order similar meds, which I refused. She mislabeled me on my record. She has her own agenda that supercedes genuinely providing decent medical care. We transferred care and now are in very capable hands again.
Takes her time. Listens to the patient.
I had to see Dr. Hawks for a sick visit as my normal Dr. was booked. I am pregnant and had a lot of concerns about being sick while pregnant. I have never had a doctor take so much time listening to my every concern. She was kind, compassionate, and non judgmental. I would see her any time for anything. She was knowledgeable and patient. It’s hard to find a doctor that will sit and take their time with you. Really loved Dr. Hawks and have nothing but good things to say!
