Estoy muy molesta devido a un diagnostico equivocado y una prescripcion tambien equivocada, dure dos dias tomando este medicamento y mis molestias persistian eran terribles y nunca cambiaron incluso infecte a mis familiares, y despues de dos dias tome la decision de ir al Hospital y el diagnostico fue completamente differente. Ojala no halla pasado con mas enfermos ya que ese dia habia muchas personas que se oian igual que yo de enfermas. Y quiero mi Dinero que pague!!!

My partner and I were recently at this office, and I was very disappointed with the service that was provided! I am never one to really say anything negative, but from a health care professional to another I was very disappointed. The health care providers did not perform any hand hygiene entering into the room, for the patient nor exiting the room. Also staff members did not introduce themselves which was concerning! I strongly encourage this office to promote hand hygiene and the importance of it! Thank you very much!

Absolutely unprofessional staff. I have been a patient at Family Medicine for years now and I have put up with a lot of miscommunications, rude staff, and long wait times over the years because I liked the doctors here and they were affordable with my insurance but what happened this week was unacceptable and the last straw. My pharmacy had been trying to reach them for a few days to refill my prescription but they had no luck.
