Wish I could give them no stars. DONT waste your time unless you don't have anything going on the rest of the day and don't have responsibilities and things to do. It takes a lot of waiting and ever more waiting for forever to be seen. It's sad I'm a brand new patient and had the worst experience ever having to wait for over a hour past my appointment time just to be seen by the nurse. When you say something all they do is say well I can reschedule your appointment never accepting responsibility or even a apology.
USE TO BE A GREAT PLACE NOW JUST RACIST…DOCTOR APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1:00 NEVER GOT SEEN BUT EVERY WHITE HISPANIC OR MEXICAN THAT WALKED IN GOT SEEN LITERALLY WALKED OUT AT 2:10…NOT A GREAT PLACE SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY DONT CARE…. AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BOARD OF HEALTH
For a first time visit, I had a very pleasant experience. The check in time was minimal and my nurse and doctor were professional and friendly. Would recommend
