Very happy after speaking With Dr. Bellucci. Hoping to see a positive outcome and growth within their practice. Thank you guys for hearing and seeing me.
They do not take patients at appointment times. The minimum wait is one hour and then another 30-45 minutes to see doctor. This appointment can be up to 2 hours! I do not recommend booking in between work. They are ALWAYS behind with patients. I had to change provider.
I was very surprised to find out that they built a new building. It looked nicer but nothing changed. I had a doctors appointment at 10:30 and I’ve been here since 1 o’clock and still have not got seen. I literally been here for a whole work shift so for future references for everyone else make sure you don’t have anything else to do for today when coming to this doctors office because you will be here for the entire day And the customer service can be better still the same shady system if you know, you know .
I do not understand the bad reviews listed for this facility. I have been going here for almost a year. My appointments are always on time unless I am taken EARLY. I have been helped by multiple different nurses and nurse practitioners and always treated with dignity and respect. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and give sound medical advice. The front desk staff is also pleasent and helpful.
