Desk lady said it was okay for a lady to cut 4 people in front of us after we asked her if she was waiting for anyone else, she signed 4 different people without them waiting here. Rules need to be posted about that because it almost started a fight
Dr Erika Johnson is amazing….. the only huge downside is the desk receptionist. She is extremely rude to everyone and I can barely communicate with my doctor because of her. She apparently makes choices for the doctor and she is not the boss. Have fun trying to make appointments and getting meds with her on the desk.
There is a long wait and tight quarters, but the entire staff is very kind and compassionate. They go out of thier way to do the best they can with what they are working with.
I went with my mom and the nurses were talking about insurance to her in Spanish. After they were done talking they talked amongst themselves in English about how long it has been that they had talked to her about. They were definitely not compassionate at all. My mom had to get the Covid test and the nurse just walked in, swabbed her nose, and left. No heads up, just stuck it in. I find them very unprofessional.
