I have never had such a horrific experience with a medical facility and its medical staff in my entire life!!! Dr. Logan Ramsey removed my nexplanon implant today. I was extremely anxious prior to the procedure. They played music and explained everything. He really made me feel more at ease. He made sure I didn't feel any discomfort throughout the procedure. My nurse, Kiria, was so caring. She asked repeatedly if I was okay. Even the women at the front desk, when I checked out, seemed genuinely concerned if everything went well. I cannot speak highly enough about this clinic. They are a good crew!
