They have the great doctors but my only problem was the front desk at check-in this lady layken was rude to me and my wife all over a insurance policy number because we switched insurance my wife has been there before I had no problem with them and the same insurance company my wife has , she had a attitude it seem like and my wife and I definitely experienced disrespect I stood at her window with the policy number until she got ready to open the window that was disrespectful. Dentist needed clearance to abstract teeth and they (frc) told him he can come in to be seen, not one time over the phone did they say they didn’t take his insurance. They didn’t tell the dentist either. So we get there and that’s when they tell us. So then we proceed to the hospital (NMMC) and the doctor there says they called (FRC) and to work out the insurance thing so he can get clearance for his bad tooth, but again (FRC) tells us they don’t take his insurance. I recently had an emergency visit in which I was told to visit this clinic afterwards for a follow up. No other choices were available to me. Like it was a contract or something.So glad I didn't after reading some of the reviews. If your life was in danger and you really want to put some strangers life in your hands,thinking twice can save you. So glad I stopped to think.
Been a patient for over 20 years and always have a great experience. The physicians are so knowledgeable on the latest meds and techniques and having a tenured physician oversee them is reassuring. The lab/xray staff are phenomenal. My immediate and extended family are patients there, too.
