I had a wonderful experience with doctor Tory Ford. She was so patient with me, listened, gave me advice, thorough exam. Her assistant was very nice. Front desk amazing. I called in the morning and got same day appointment. I would highly recommend this place.
Could not get the in-network discount applied to the overcharged bill and then billing refused to remove the insurance on file to change the account to cash pay to make the bill more reasonable. If $650 for 15 minutes with the doctor just to get a routine blood work order sounds like a good deal to you, this is the place! I’ve been seeing Laurie Silicato for years. She is an amazing provider and I only stay for her. I tried leaving a voicemail message to have Laurie call me for a quick question and spoke with Jordan. Such a flippant arrogant attitude she gave me. Refused to take a message and asked me to tell her what my question is, I’m like you’re not a doctor, I’m not speaking to you about my medical issues.
