My first and last time at this clinic. I was hoping to finally find a PCP but I just cancelled my future appointment and will not be returning nor recommending them to anyone. I arrived for an annual physical and asked for bloodwork to be included. Dr. Khan was well aware of this. If your lab for blood work opens at 7 AM and more than likely you’re gonna have people waiting on you at 7 AM because they have things to do with their day as well not everyone is retired, you shouldn’t make people wait 30 minutes before you take the first person back. If it takes you 30 minutes to set up before you can take your first patient for lab work you should not be telling your patient that the lab opens at 7 AM for bloodwork. I had been going here for about 6 years. I will never set foot in this business again. After a 9 minute hold I was told I needed an appointment to get my labs, and then another appointment to get my results. I wonder how much they get from my insurance for each visit? Plus the cash from my pocket. It is no surprise they receive less than 3 stars. Laurie was awesome and is now gone, and it is very close to my home but there is no reason for the long wait times. 100% greed driven.
