DO NOT COME HERE. Terrible customer service. I called ahead to confirm I could still be seen and was told to come in. I drove 15 minutes to get there, only to be shut down the second I walked through the door—literally before it even closed behind me. The woman at the front didn’t care what I was told. She just cut me off with “we’re not taking any walk-ins,” and repeated it like a robot when I explained the situation. Apparently, there’s no actual cut-off time for walk-ins. My family and I have seen Estee for years, she's very thorough, kind, and truly cares about her patients. She always listens to us without rushing us, goes above and beyond to make sure we get better. I see bad reviews about the front desk help, and I have had the front desk person get an attitude with me before too, but I didn't complain about it.
