RecommendedAmazing Providers & Staff. Wonderful facility all around, I would definitely recommend Family medicine of Whitehall to anyone needing a family doctor. Also very convenient, having a second walk in clinic at pine bluff opening half a day on Saturdays.

Ladies, when it is time for your mammogram, I highly recommend Family Medicine of White Hall! Best technician ever!
The doctor and nurse practitioners are great but that is if you are patient enough to wait an hour or longer past your appointment time to get called back. When they were in the old building I never waited more than 30 minutes. Not sure if staff changed or stayed the same but the lady up front wasn’t very nice after I asked about how much longer , she said I was next then they called 3 more back. Then I asked again and she got real ugly and blamed the scheduling people. I knew what I needed but they HAD to have me come in.
Made my second trip in today, first for myself and second with Mom. We absolutely feel like we are with family when we have to visit. Lol. Never fails how sick we are there are lots of laughs and my Mom loves her some Rose hugs.
Been going for years but when they moved to new office, I encountered a very Unfriendly staff. They were almost too busy to care for patients. The wait was unruly and they seemed to have no concern about why I was even there. One nurse said one thing and the reception desk said another and she wouldn’t even communicate to the staff In the back for me whom I just got off the phone with. I didn’t come there because to wanted to visit, I am sick and in pain.
I was lucky enough to have an appointment on the first day at the new facility! Such a nice, beautiful space and kind, friendly staff! Thanks, Dr. Reece!
