This is by far the worst place to visit.I am submitting this review after having a deeply concerning experience with Dr. Ferrer Arthur, The visit was disappointing, primarily due to the doctor's quick move to prescribe a new medication that I instinctively felt was unnecessary for my condition. My mom had a very disappointing experience at this practice. She scheduled a routine check-up, which should have been fully covered by her insurance. During the appointment, she asked the doctor some questions about her health. Instead of treating it as a preventive visit, the practice changed the billing code and charged her a much higher amount. The doctor used to have my husband come in to go over NORMAL lab results, but didn't care enough about me & my health to call and report ultrasound results on swollen lymph nodes. I had to call the office twice in 2 weeks to get any kind of response.
