I was surprised to be treated by the receptionist in a negative manner. She had a very bad attitude. Im sure its because im not of the Spanish decent. I dont understand why they are so rude. You should walk in and be cared for. Unprofessional behavior at it's finest. She should take a customer service class.
This office of AdventHealth is the best! Dr. Merriweather is such a patient and caring doctor. He always takes the time to listen to my needs and concerns as if it is just as important as his diagnosis.I am probably not his easiest patient, but I am definitely one of his biggest patient fans! Lol! I believe he understands that when a patient feels heard, they are more willing to trust his expertise, which leads to healthier and happier results! He is an amazing dr and the staff their is also A1! Helpful, friendly and caring.
