I'm so confused and sad. My doctor, his assistant and the office manager are ghosting me. It's sad because I love this place and have always received great care and responses. I've also treated them with the utmost of respect and kindness. I had my physical scheduled and messaged the doctor & assistant 7 days prior to appt. to get lab order for blood work, no response. My son has been treated as less than human by Menander Kaur, FNP. Do not recommend this practice or practitioner. He went in for follow up for a car accident and she said there's nothing wrong even though he was literally hit by a semi and is showing concussion symptoms. All she did was throw pain meds at him instead of addressing his actual symptoms! Avoid this practice if you need actual help.

I had a new patient appointment scheduled for almost two months, and called them the day off to confirm it. They stated their physician was on leave for a few months and did not have any others available. Terrible communication and lack severe lack of care

They keep giving me push back about refilling my medications, saying I need to schedule a visit but they cancelled my last 4 visits. When I tried to explain this to the person at the desk, after driving all the way in just to be cancelled once again, they were very rude, and not at all compassionate or even nice about the fact that they cannot get me scheduled with my provider until march, despite the fact that I was very calm.
