Will never answer the phone or return calls. You can sit in the waiting room and listen to the phones ring off the hook and no one will pick them up. This has been going on for quite some time.
This is constructive feedback. Cannot reach this office by phone. So frustrating. Office manager never returned phone calls to discuss this off line. Communication needs improvement.
